Eye of God

Marhaban Ya Ramadhan.....

Senangnya hati ini menyambut Ramadhan kali ini. Alhamdulillah berarti kita masih di berikan kesempatan oleh Allah untuk dapat merasakan Ramadhan tahun ini. Ramadhan adalah bulan yang diberkati oleh Allah. Segala perbuatan baik dan buruk kita bener-benar diperhitungkan oleh Allah. Insya Allah, banyak-banyak berbuat baiklah di dalam Ramadhan ini. Tuhan Maha Melihat segala hal yang kita perbuat.

The Shinning Ramadhan 2006

Allah legislated fasting on Ramadhan to make us more Taqwaa,

"O you who believe! Fasting is prescribed for you, as is prescribed upon those before you in order that you may attain taqwaa"  (Surah Al Baqarah 2:83).

So much the benefit in this month of fasting: First, we will Gaining taqwaa, Taqwaa in this case means to make a shield between oneself and Allah's anger and hellfire. So we should ask our self, Has this fasting made us fear Allah more? Second, acquiring patience and dicipline. From Subuh to Maghrib, we should patience and forbearing. Belive me, it make us stronger to be insane which Taqwaa to Allah. More dicipline to manage our time, because we not forever live in this world, there is another world waiting for us forever. World which contain of Taqwaa people called "Heaven"or Kafir people called "Hell". I hope, all people in this earth, enjoy the Heaven with all their family...

Ramadhan will fall on Sunday 24th September subject to the shighting of the moon, InsyaAllah. Welcome Ramadhan, a month which shinning for moslem people in this earth. Many Moslems have been waiting for this month for every year of their life. (Isn't it true? maybe just for me or you too?) And the first Tarawih prayer will be on Saturday 23rd September, InsyaAllah.

This is trully Shinning Ramadhan cause I have husband who loving me so much, honestly, we haven't get children to make our home more cheer up. Maybe soon... I believe, Allah have a best planning to us (me & my hubby)

Ramadhan is the (month) in which was sent down th Qur-an, as a guide to mankind also clear (sign) for guidance and judgement (between right and wrong  (Surah Al Baqarah 2:185)

Roti Gambang

Bahan:

250 gr gula merah, disisir

175 ml air

375 gr tepung terigu protein sedang

125 gr tepung roti (tepung panir)

25 gr susu bubuk

1/4 sdt garam

1 sdt soda kue

2 sdt baking powder

2 sdt kayu manis bubuk (bumbu spekoek)

1/4 sdt vanili bubuk

2 kuning telur ayam

200 gr margarin (kalau mau lebih kenyal, margarin dikurangi hingga tinggal 50 gr saja)

3 sdm air utk olesan

3 sdm biji wijen putih

Cara Membuat:

1. Rebus gula merah dengan air hingga gula larut, dinginkan.

2. Campur tepung terigu, tepung roti, susu bubuk, garam, soda kue, baking powder, kayu manis, vanili, aduk rata. Masukkan kuning telur, aduk rata.

3. Masukkan air gula, uleni hingga rata. Masukkan juga margarin, uleni kembali hingga rata.

4. Bulatkan adonan, tutup dengan plastik selama 30 menit hingga adonan agak kering dan mudah dibentuk.

5. Bentuk adonan menjadi seberat @ 75 gr, bentuk lonjong dan pipihkan. Atur diatas loyang datar bersemir margarin. Beri jarak antara adonan.

6. Olesi permukaan adonan roti dengan air kemudian taburi wijen.

7. Panggang dalam oven 150 derajat Celcius selama 30 menit atau hingga matang. Angkat, sajikan.

* Adonan roti gambang jika sudah matang tandanya akan tercium wangi kayu manis yang menyengat. Selain itu jika dipegang, akan terasa agak keras, karena roti ini tidak mengembang baik layaknya roti yang biasa kita bikin.
